Everyone has a superpower, some have found it, while many haven't even looked. My MBTI Superpower is ENFJ or in other words, "The Protagonist". I have 15 years of Instructional Systems Design experience, specializing in the design and development of learning content for both web-based training as well as instructor-led training. I have extensive experience with rapid development tools such as, Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate. I have used these tools since the earliest of their versions to create learning products that have sophisticated technical design and extensive use of gamification techniques. In addition to the rapid development tools, I have over 10 years experience with multimedia tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, and Camtasia Studio.
