eLearning Projects

The following eLearning examples are modules that were designed, developed and implemented by Bruce. The modules vary in complexity and interactivity. All modules have voiceover and many contain video, graphics or animations. Bruce created these eLearning project using tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia Studio, and the Adobe Creative Suite.  

Moments That Matter

This module is intended to initiate conversations around the importance of understanding the company's "Driving Behaviors" and the role an open and accountable work culture plays in driving business performance.

Sales Partner Phone Scenario Training

The purpose for this course was to walk Sales Partners through a variety of scenarios they would most likely encounter while supporting customers.

Information Security - Credit Card Security

Information Security is a very important part of any company, this eLearning course is intended to bring awareness of the important of protecting customers credit card information.

New Hire Onboarding

This eLearning module is an onboarding tool that is assigned after an initial personal welcome session and is intended to help new hires understand more about the company in a self-paced environment. 

Trucking Industry Overview

As part of an onboarding program, this module provided and overview of the trucking industry for all new hires at Truckstop.com

Bring Your Pet To Work Week

This was a fun project that highlighted the company's annual "Bring Your Pet To Work" week.

Immersion Session Three

The "Immersion" onboarding program is a three part onboarding session. The first two sessions are virtual training sessions lead by the company's CEO, CHRO, and Director of People and Culture. Session three is an eLearning session designed to allow new hires to have a self-paced view of the company.

The following video projects were written, produced, and edited by Bruce using a variety of tools such as Premier Pro, After Effects, Vyond, and Camtasia.

Living Our Values

This video project was created as a series of 12 videos to be released over the year as a project to build constant awareness of the company's values and as a tool to support employee engagement.

How We Started with Mike B.

Bruce created this animated video and many others using Vyond. This video is a short segment of a much larger video that was edited and used in various parts of a new hire onboarding course. 

LinkedIn Learning Challenge

This video is a sample of a series that Bruce created which introduced employees to the monthly "LinkedIn Learning Challenge". This style of video was intended as a quick announcement of the next upcoming learning challenge. 

Scentsy - Shipping Department

This video was created as learning tool for new hires in the shipping department at Scentsy. It walks new hires through the process of picking orders and sending those orders to the packing department. 

Idaho AFL-CIO - Pacific Northwest Ironworkers

Bruce created this video in 2013 as a promotional video on behalf of the Idaho AFL-CIO and for the Pacific Northwest Ironworkers and Employers Apprenticeship and Training Committee.
