  • Hired as a Learning Development Specialist in March of 2020. I was promoted to Senior Learning and Development Specialist in April of 2021.

  • Designed and developed over 60 e-Learning courses ranging from Industry knowledge to product knowledge as well as health, safety, and security training.

  • Developed multiple on-boarding programs for various departments in the organization including People Operations, customer support, and product specific teams.

  • Created, developed, and implemented much needed HR compliance courses surrounding Harassment Awareness, Acceptable Use, Drug-free Workplace, and more.

  • Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic I was tasked with and successfully converted a four day in-person onboarding event into a virtual experience combining multi-media content, e-learning content, and virtual training sessions.

  • Created branding and a video series to introduce a “Next Level Culture” initiative sponsored by our executive leadership team. The video series introduces each of 12 “Driving Behaviors” featuring Executive Leaders who introduce each behavior.

  • Senior Project Lead within Boeings Ethics and Business Conduct for multiple programs concurrently, from Needs Assessment to Deployment. Design storyboards that support the development of e-Learning modules for LMS deployment. Primary Rapid Development tool – Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia Studio.

  • Created over 30 web-based courses in 2018 for Mandatory Compliance Training for over 140,000 Boeing employees. This content was developed using both Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate depending on whether the program was delivered internally to Boeing employees or externally to Boeing subsidiaries.

  • Provide support, guidance, and leadership in the performance of Instructional System Development (ISD) tasks for Compliance Risk Management, as well as Ethics and Business Conduct.

  • Regularly develop and deliver conference call “Special Attention Meetings”, as well as design and facilitation of “Best Practices” conference calls.

  • Designed, developed and facilitated Instructor Led Training and in class activities for new auditor orientation classes, as well as course pre-work exercises in an eLearning modality for Boeing's Office of Internal Governance - Corporate Audit.

  • Design and develop web-based training programs using Instructional Design principles in support of POWER Engineer’s Training and Development department.

  • Collaborate with training management, employees, internal partners, and subject matter experts to analyze data in order to understand training needs and create effective, skills based training solutions.

  • Created video content for projects such as onboarding and video screencasts for software and other technical training projects. Primary development tools were Adobe Premier Pro and Camtasia 8.
